Great customer service
The tins themselves are great, we have used them for our retail loose leaf teas at my little coffee shop for years. Since the shipping to Alaska has become even more expensive than usual, I had to call to figure out getting them shipped. The customer service personnel was super friendly and very helpful, walking me through different options. He directed me towards using a frieght company, which I had never done before, but ended up saving me several hundred dollars in shipping costs.
