Return Policy

Any of our products in “as new” condition, with the exception of shrink bands, may be returned within 30 days subject to a 20% restocking fee. Simply send your return to our closest location (see below). Inside the package, please include a note (or copy of your invoice) indicating which items you’re returning, your contact information and the reason for the return. No return authorization is required. Please ensure that the products are properly re-packed to avoid damage on the return trip.

After we receive the return, please allow three to five business days to process your refund. If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact Customer Service.
